Project Engineer

A key role for a Project Engineer is available to lead a high-impact project in the oil and gas industry.

The successful candidate will manage external engineering service providers, oversee equipment and fabrication vendors, and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include promoting a safety culture, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and facilitating peer reviews and quality assurance processes.

Additional duties involve supporting procurement and performance management of contractors and vendors, as well as identifying opportunities for risk management and opportunity realization.

  • 7+ years' experience in engineering and project management within the upstream oil and gas industry.
  • Professional certifications (CPEng, PMP) are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in Define (FEED) and Execute project phases.
  • Background in brownfield (hydrocarbon) projects.
  • Experience managing projects in complex, remote, and challenging environments.
