Lead Pipeline Design Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our engineering team in the development of oil and gas pipeline projects.

This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent engineering degrees is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in the design of Oil & Gas pipelines and associated assemblies.
  • Proven Australian experience in pipeline design including concept development, FEED and detail design phases. Knowledge of Pipeline Integrity and Operations and Maintenance philosophies will be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of AS2885 and other relevant Australian Standards, acts, regulations and codes related to the pipeline industry.
  • Engineers Australia Chartered Engineer or equivalent is required. Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (current or eligible to attain).

The successful candidate will have:

  • Technical expertise in the design and development of oil and gas pipelines.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
