Seeking a diligent and resourceful Site Administrator to join our team in supporting regional projects in oil and gas.

We celebrate over 50 major infrastructure projects across various sectors, making us one of Australia's leading contractors. Our mission is to construct Australia's future collaboratively with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of site assets.
  • Reconcile and manage the issuing of site inventory.
  • Utilise/Update and run onsite assets through Oracle JDE.
  • Manage procurement and accounts, including liaison with suppliers and accounts processing.
  • Data entry and tracking for labour/payroll.
  • File electronic and paper-based documents for all plant department functions onsite.
  • Provide reports of gathered data to onsite plant team and business plant team.
  • Awareness of HSE hazards and associated risks, demonstrating a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and responsive administrative services.
  • Support project team in monthly reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in similar site-based administration role, preferably within construction industry.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Experience with Teambinder desirable.
  • Experience with JDE or similar program desirable.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads in environment of constant change.
  • Success in working autonomously within fast-paced project environment and delivering on deadlines.
  • Proven verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to zero-harm environment.

This role is offered on roster arrangement DIDO/FIFO from Brisbane or local hire, working 18 days on and 10 days off roster.
