Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to export control laws and regulations; manage export licenses and agreements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and report on compliance status.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness on export control best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert advice and ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing domestic and foreign export control laws or similar compliance roles.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence across the organization.
  • Strategic problem-solving capability and adaptability.
  • Eligibility for NV1 Defence Security Clearance and full access to Controlled Technology.
