Role Overview
As an electrical fitter, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance programs to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime. You will work closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and effectively to machine breakdown issues to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance program to optimize machine performance and minimize machine downtime
- Work co-operatively with fitters and electrician
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Trade qualified Electrical/Mechanic Fitter
- Knowledgeable in PLC/SCADA
- Experienced as an Electrician (Manufacturing/ Industrial)
- Experienced in reactive and preventative maintenance of machinery
- A welding and forklift ticket is a bonus
