Electrical Maintenance Specialist

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant. You will be responsible for minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to electrical breakdowns and perform fault finding in a fast-paced environment.
- Service and maintain machinery according to schedules and work orders.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with production and reliability teams to resolve plant issues.
- Support contractor management and safety protocols.
- Participate in audits and maintain high product quality.
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
- PLC programming and fault-finding skills.
- Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Working at Heights licence; EWP desirable.
- Experience with MEX CMMS advantageous.
- Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
