We are seeking a highly motivated Transport Coordinator to join our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our products across the ANZ network.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the transportation of goods from our warehouses to customers across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Managing documentation and compliance requirements, including CoR and COR practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, as well as managing transport-related administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a logistics or dispatch role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CoR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
