The Role

As a store manager, you will be responsible for leading and embedding a culture that fosters engagement and productivity among your team members. You will work closely with your field VM and merch partners to provide customer and store insights that drive results and create great experiences for our customers.

You will also manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets. Additionally, you will advocate for our foundation, leading the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
