Assistant Store Manager Job Description
- The role involves leading a passionate team at our Hay Street retail store, working closely with the Store Manager to manage day-to-day operations.
- Responsibilities include visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock, coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and supporting budgeted sales goals.
- In the absence of the Store Manager, you will lead the store and team, ensuring seamless customer service and operational excellence.
- You will also support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
- Regular Sunday work is required for this role, which is perfect for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic about delivering results.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
- Passionate and motivated individuals who can confidently support their manager and team.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Previous experience as a team leader, key holder, or manager is advantageous but not essential.
