We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Coordinator to provide executive and advocacy support to our Committee, ensuring seamless actioning and committee management.

The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with external stakeholders and provide secretariat support to our State Committee. Additionally, they will assist with College events and activities and attend to various administrative matters.

  • This is a 0.4 FTE role with a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the RACS Tasmanian Chair and Committee with high-level executive and advocacy tasks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Provide secretariat support to the Tasmanian State Committee
  • Assist with College events and activities
Requirements
  • Experience working in a government or member-based organisation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Experience in supporting committees, including agenda drafting and minute taking
  • Demonstrated skills in writing and editing to a high level
