Lead Strategic Transformation in Affordable Housing – Shape the Future of Asset Management

This senior executive opportunity leads South Australia's most critical and high-impact housing portfolio. As a key strategic leader, you'll deliver the state's affordable housing vision, guiding asset strategies, and influencing outcomes that affect thousands of lives.

About the Opportunity

You'll report to the Executive Director, Property Services, leading strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of planning, asset management, sales, and divestment functions. You'll drive the delivery of affordable housing capital projects across the state.

  • Oversee the strategic asset lifecycle, focusing on medium-to-long-term planning for a significant portfolio.
  • Embed frameworks and governance for project delivery from identification through evaluation.
  • Drive complex procurement processes that deliver commercial and social value.
  • Build strong partnerships with the housing sector, industry, and government.
  • Develop, lead, and define a multi-disciplinary team and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Provide strategic insight and advice to the Minister, Chief Executive, and Executive Leadership Team.
