Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and back of house team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve product knowledge, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  3. Monitor and control stock levels, inventory management, and loss prevention to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
  4. Collaborate with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to ensure seamless store operations.
  5. Train and onboard new team members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role or as a Store Manager from a smaller retail store.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team of retail professionals.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to guide customers through our range of products and brands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
