Improve Retail Efficiency as a Showroom Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to enhance efficiency through the strategic use of systems, lead showroom operations, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily showroom operations and oversee team performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement efficient rostering, forecasting, and resource planning strategies.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless sales processes.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-performing team members.
  • Optimize stock levels and minimize losses through effective inventory management.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to improve business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, experience with POS/EFTPOS/NETO systems, and a proven track record in managing high-volume retail environments. They will be goal-oriented, organized, adaptable, and detail-focused, with the ability to analyze financial data and information.
