The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Manager to join the Retail Projex Management Team. This full-time role offers the chance to take ownership in the management of a vibrant retail asset, serving as the primary point of contact and being accountable for all aspects of day-to-day asset management.

Based on-site at Coomera Square, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maximising the performance and value of our clients' retail asset while delivering exceptional service standards. This position is ideal for a driven property professional looking to advance their career with a respected independent agency that values expertise and client relationships.

The Centre Manager will work closely with our experienced team and directly with clients, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact in the retail property sector.

Key Responsibilities

• All areas of Centre Management to include lease administration, financial management and operations.
• Conduct rent reviews and facilitate rent renewals
• Lease & arrears management
• Budgeting and asset financial management to include accruals and reforecasting, controlling, and monitoring asset expenditure and maximising revenue opportunities
• Build and maintain tenant and client relationships
• Taking ownership in the management of these assets
• Managing operations and contractors
• Implement and maintain all operational risk management processes
• Provide leadership and add value to your team

About You

• Valid Real Estate License
• Previous centre management or commercial property management experience including a thorough understanding of common retail leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology
• Prior experience in managing financial budgets, outgoings reconciliations and accruals.
• Strong client-oriented approach
• Intermediate level of MS Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organisational & prioritisation skills
• Exceptionable communication skills
• Strong stakeholder relationships and management skills
