Learning Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging digital content for e-learning projects.
  • Manage the execution of e-learning projects to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop online content.
  • Create supporting collateral in various formats (audio, video, animation) to enhance training content.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated instructional design skills, including audience analysis, scope development, and performance-based objectives.
  • Experience in developing training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
  • Understanding of User Experience (UX) concepts and ability to communicate user flows and conceptual designs.
  • Proficiency in video capture, animation, and editing software.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, and Animate.
