You will initially work as a Sales Consultant under one of our most experienced leaders. This will help you gain the tools and skills required to accelerate your development and earn a leadership role in one of our stores.
- You will be a customer experience leader, leading by example in sales and customer service and using our systems to ensure high standards in store.
- You will take ownership of a directorship in store, leading an operational aspect of the business that is vital to the development and success of the entire team.
- You will develop your business acumen, learning to understand the financial impacts on the business and what is required to operate profitably.
- You will be a superstar communicator, helping to motivate and influence members of your team towards success.
- You will fast progress to a Second in Charge role, with the goal of growing your knowledge to ultimately lead a store.
- You don't need to know everything about bikes, but you will have passion for cycling, bikes, and/or the health and mental benefits they can provide and be eager to increase your knowledge to become a true expert.
- You will be a true team player who integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, and don't take yourself too seriously.
