The 99 Bikes Future Leader:

You'll start as a Sales Consultant under an experienced leader, gaining the tools and skills to accelerate your development and earn a leadership role in one of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a customer experience leader, setting high standards in sales and customer service.
  • Take ownership of a directorship in store, leading an operational aspect of the business.
  • Develop your business acumen, understanding financial impacts and what's required to operate profitably.
  • Be a superstar communicator, motivating and influencing team members towards success.
  • Fast progression to a Second in Charge role, with the goal of leading a store.
