**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of site logistics plans, ensuring effective and efficient execution of delegated construction projects, and coordinating trade contractors against planned activities and programs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site logistic plans, including site amenities, housing, entry/exit traffic management, cranage, hoisting, security, and waste management.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that subcontractors complete their work in accordance with the scope of work and program provided.
  • Obtain and review SWMS (safe work method statements) from subcontractors before they commence on site.
  • Perform regular inspections on subcontractors' work to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and QA check sheets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience managing commercial-type projects.
  • Relevant qualifications with broad knowledge of the entire industry and process.
  • Able to identify risks and opportunities and human and technical resource needs for each project.
  • Strong commitment to safety and care, honesty and integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and performance excellence.
  • Be passionate about delivering design and building excellence.
