The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role involves developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. This position works closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met and risks are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.">
  • Monitor performance against financial targets and analyse variances.">
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.">
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.">
  • Assist with the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.">
  • Review and validate budget assumptions and outputs.">
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial monthly accounts for overhead departments.">
  • Recommend cost control measures to deliver efficiencies.">
  • Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.">
  • Ensure financial practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.">
  • Implement and monitor controls to maintain data integrity and accuracy.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance analyst role.">
  • Bachelor's degree plus professional qualification/postgraduate studies in Finance.">
  • Advanced excel, reporting, and analysis skills.">
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnering skills.">
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.">
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.">
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.">
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems.">
  • Tableau or Power BI experience preferable.">
