Overview

Join to apply for the Insights Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analytics role at The University of Western Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of analytics services, financial and business intelligence solutions, and insights to support decision making and business outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, support analysis of financial and operational data, and prepare reports that inform planning and performance.
  • Design and develop financial models and reports that enhance transparency, accuracy, and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Data/Business Analytics, or demonstrated equivalent competency.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial and/or business analysis, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualisation tools, such as Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA) or progress towards completion is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of the Higher Education sector is desirable.
