We are seeking an experienced grounds maintenance professional to join our team. Our company has established a reputation based on an approach that anything is possible since 2002.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the upkeep of lawns, gardens and other outdoor spaces using various equipment including mowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
  • Weeding, trimming, edging and pruning hedges and shrubs to enhance their appearance and growth.
  • Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, repairing fountains and other tasks as needed.
  • Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth through regular inspection and care.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to safely operate machinery and towing a trailer.
  • Experience in power tool operation and general handyman tasks.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Holding a manual driver's licence is essential for this role.
  • A valid police check within the last 12 months is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in grounds maintenance.
  • Possession of a driver's licence is preferred.
  • A current police check within the last 12 months is also desirable.

Work Environment:

This is a casual position with 8 hour shifts available, primarily during day shifts but some morning shifts may be necessary.
