We are seeking a skilled Business Process Expert to drive technology innovation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product owners and process owners to take end-to-end ownership of AI & Automation projects (discovery, analysis, testing, and implementation)
- Lead the review of business processes, architecture, design, and plan for intelligent solution delivery
- Identify and extract requirements using business analysis tools, such as interviews, document and desktop analysis, workshops, and side-by-side observations
- Evaluate information and data to determine problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Contribute to estimation of development and drive and manage performance of code development to ensure target timeframes are achieved
- Assess risk on any new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where required
- Build and present recommendations, findings, and options to Senior Management
- Significant experience in facilitating and leading process discovery, modelling activities to quickly assess improvement or automation opportunity
- Experience in owning and managing multiple initiatives end-to-end
- Background in delivery of automation or technology-enabled business solutions
- Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI
- Experience working with technology departments, including offshore developers
- Business Analysis qualifications desirable
