">You'll embark on a 18-month journey, consisting of three six-month rotations across different squads within the company. This will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and build strong relationships with your colleagues.
">In this program, you will work on projects that matter to our business, surrounded by a supportive crew of motivated and creative individuals who are invested in helping you grow and succeed. You'll have the autonomy to choose your working location, which can be Office, Hybrid, or Anywhere within your employment location.
">Upon completion of these rotations, you'll be placed into a permanent home with one of our teams. You'll join a highly engaged, high-performing team, including a leadership team that you'll have regular face time with. - Final year students or recent graduates with IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or similar degrees and a keen interest in Software Engineering, Front-End Development, Quality Assurance, or Cloud & Security Engineering.
