Job Description:

As a key technology partner, the role of Solutions Analyst is to provide identification, design, and delivery of technology solutions that enable clients to meet their needs optimally.

Responsibilities include defining, building, and managing technology solutions in an agile environment, onboarding new customers, and implementing ongoing system enhancements.

The Solutions Analyst will guide and collaborate with internal and external technology specialists to identify and resolve design and implementation issues.

A strong commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Application and Solution Design across technologies including CMMS, CRM, BI, digital/mobile, and integration technologies
  • Systems or business project delivery in a technical, functional, or architectural capacity
  • Experience in technology delivery projects utilizing both off-the-shelf technologies and custom-built technologies
  • Project management and change management
Benefits:

Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, relational database design, application architecture, and integration patterns is highly desirable.

Additionally, experience with asset management or field service management technologies and designing solutions for non-functional requirements (performance tuning, load-testing, security) is beneficial.

Software development tools and processes such as Jira, CI/CD, and DevOps are also advantageous.

Additional Desirable Criteria:
  • Project Management or Agile certification (PM, Prince2, or Scrum)
  • SDLC management, directly or through vendor partners
  • Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics delivery
