Job Title: Technology Innovation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technology Innovation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of government departments and agencies through the adoption of Microsoft technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the public sector and has a strong understanding of building technical strategies and roadmaps, gaining executive buy-in, and orchestrating teams to execute against those plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Support the adoption of Microsoft technologies to improve citizen outcomes and address challenges such as staffing shortages, growing costs, reducing legacy systems, and rising expectations.
  • Develop Customer Strategies: Help customers develop strategies to address opportunities and challenges by leveraging Microsoft's technologies, resources, and ecosystem.
  • Strengthen Executive Relationships: Own and strengthen executive customer relationships, work as a thought leader, create long-term strategies linking business, technology, and industry needs, and orchestrate teams of technical specialists across Microsoft and partner networks to provide the right solutions to customers.
  • Define Customer Roadmaps: Help define customer technology roadmaps and create execution plans to deliver on defined initiatives and grow Microsoft solutions adopted in their environments.
Requirements:
  • Technical Experience: Experience working with customers to drive digital transformation in technical consulting or sales roles, preferably with government departments and agencies.
  • Strategy and Leadership: Understanding of building technical strategies and roadmaps, gaining executive buy-in, and orchestrating teams to execute against those plans.
  • Tech Solutions: Passion for and knowledge of various technical solutions such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, business applications, and productivity tools.
