Solar Engineering Student Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated Solar Engineering Student to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, gain valuable experience, and develop their skills in solar engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate drawings and work-specific scope/trades/sub-trades
  • Conduct trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours, and rates
  • Participate in project meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Update field drawings and produce as-built drawings
  • Verify site conditions and coordinate drawings
  • Set up and maintain records
  • Update project schedules and create manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software
  • Create and maintain graphical scheduling using AutoCAD

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment; prior field construction experience will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, and drafting
  • Must have Australian Working Rights to work full-time hours
