Full-Time | High Commission | Base Retainer to Start

Green & Gold Solar is expanding across Queensland and we're looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales
Consultants who are ready to thrive in a high-performance, high-reward environment.

About the Role
This is a full-time role offering a base salary retainer plus generous commission to start, with the clear pathway to move to full commission-based earnings—where high performers regularly earn six figures.
You'll be provided with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads and will be responsible for:
- Booking and managing appointments with leads provided
- Conducting solar and battery assessments (both in-home and over the phone)
- Creating tailored quotes using Pylon solar software
- Educating customers on system options, rebates, and ROI
- Following up with customers and closing the sale
We provide full training, proven systems, and all the tools you need to succeed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in Sales Consulting or high-ticket B2C sales
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets
- Experience in solar or renewable energy sales is highly regarded
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use platforms like Pylon, CRM, Dialing tools
- Organised and efficient with time and appointment management
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for in-home appointments
- Flexibile work hours but ability to meet required KPIs
