Job Title: Benefits Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • We're seeking a skilled professional to support the successful implementation of a new Human Capital Management System using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, categorize, and realize benefits across various system modules.
  • Develop a structured approach to track and measure tangible and intangible benefits.
  • Monitor progress in partnership with data owners and project managers.
  • Analyze post-implementation data to validate benefit forecasts and make necessary adjustments.

About You:

  • Proven experience in benefits realization or business performance management within large-scale programs.
  • A strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in EC, ECP, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
  • Familiarity with data-driven performance metrics and digital HR transformation principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate functional and process changes into measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or SAP Analytics.
