Job Title: Unified Communications Services Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Unified Communications Services Engineer to drive the continuous improvement of Unified Communication Capabilities and Services in alignment with the Technology & Transformation (T&T) and Infrastructure Practice strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, deploy, and support Amazon Connect for our Contact Centre and business.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of Unified Communication Capabilities and Services in alignment with the Technology & Transformation (T&T) and Infrastructure Practice strategy.
  • Provide level 2 & 3 support for voice & video communications across multiple sites.
  • Build effective working relationships with the business and various cross-functional teams to manage the platform effectively and better enable end users.
Requirements:
  • Commercial experience in Telecommunications and network operations, with experience with Amazon Connect for Contact Centre and Microsoft Teams Calling.
  • Experience of SIP Protocol, Networking, and telephony systems > supporting and maintaining CCaaS and UCaaS CX Platforms (Amazon Connect).
  • Proven experience and knowledge of IT Technology and Infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in managing a complex telecommunication environment.
  • Knowledge of VoIP protocols and SIP trunking technologies.
  • Experience DevOps engineering - Python, Lambda, Terraform, React.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
