First Focus is seeking an exceptional Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will provide remote support to our clients, escalating complex issues and serving as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and collaborate on resolutions
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' technical environments
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
Requirements
  • Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange
  • Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking
  • An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
  • Great communication skills and a genuine desire to understand clients' needs
