We're seeking a Support Associate to join our Accommodation Services team. This role involves assisting clients with high support needs, including those using wheelchairs and requiring medical support.

The role includes providing personal care and daily living support, as well as promoting autonomy within shared living environments.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and daily living support
  • Assisting clients with manual handling and use of aids
  • Supporting clients with complex needs and medical requirements
  • Fostering independence and inclusion in shared living environments
  • Building positive relationships with clients and families

Requirements for this position include:

  • Experience supporting high-needs disability clients
  • Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Current driver's licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
