About the Role

As a valued team member, you'll provide individualized, person-centered support to people living with disability, helping them reach their goals and live more independently. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation
  • Supporting daily routines and skill development
  • Encouraging community participation and recreational activities
  • Providing transport to appointments and social events
  • Maintaining accurate and timely client notes and documentation

  • Ability to work independently and follow individual support plans
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts (including weekends and evenings)

Essential Requirements

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NSW Working With Children Check
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support (Disability) or other relevant qualifications

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.67 – $52.98 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Experience:

  • Support work: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Working with Children Check (Preferred)
  • Police Check (Preferred)

  • Australia (Required)
