Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading a team to manage and implement corporate governance, policy, compliance, and risk management practices across the global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to set strategy and direction for compliance, governance, and policy obligations.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, systems, and processes to maintain compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Manage global risk and compliance management frameworks to ensure domestic and international legislative and legal requirements are met.
- Provide authoritative advice to stakeholders on risk management and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Expertise in corporate governance, policy, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
