Corporate Governance Manager

 Job Description:

    This role is responsible for leading a team to manage and implement corporate governance, policy, compliance, and risk management practices across the global organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to set strategy and direction for compliance, governance, and policy obligations.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, systems, and processes to maintain compliance with relevant laws and standards.
  • Manage global risk and compliance management frameworks to ensure domestic and international legislative and legal requirements are met.
  • Provide authoritative advice to stakeholders on risk management and mitigation strategies.
