Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to drive financial efficiency, compliance, and transparency across our Residential Aged Care services. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing funding claims, accounts, and regulatory billing, as well as overseeing payables/receivables and ensuring accurate reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Oversee account management and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle resident and client support, including admissions, discharges, refunds, and transaction transparency.
  • Review and maintain agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Track notifications and update funding and resident records.
  • Analyse financial trends and provide insights to improve services.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and support continuous improvement.

Requirements
To be suitable for the position, you should have:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business support, financial administration, or a similar role.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (highly regarded).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • High level of accuracy and compliance focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
