Operations Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our Customer Operations team on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all functions relating to Customer Lifecycle and deposit products and their associated payments. This will include assisting with Term Deposits, Customer Resignations, Customer Onboarding, Customer profile management and Deceased Estate.

This hybrid position is based in our Brisbane CBD office with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend and respond to unique customer enquiries via various channels including digital and voice
  • Manage customers FACTA/CRS requirements in line with regulatory obligations
  • Support the growth of our organization through customer onboarding via digital platforms and branch networks
About You:
  • Experience in customer service or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
