Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to boost revenue
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor practices, and industry trends
- Expand the sales base and shift business from competitors by fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborate with national/global sales teams to achieve common goals
- Represent our hotels at trade shows and sales trips to establish key partnerships
- Ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded through exemplary service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management is a must
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in hotel systems and revenue management is essential
- Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills are required
- A strategic and tactical mindset with the ability to work independently and lead others is crucial
