Accounting Expertise Opportunity

**Job Description**

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients by undertaking full-function bookkeeping work for a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with accountants to ensure clients receive optimal service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentor and oversee the work of junior accountants
  • Deal directly with clients and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with accountants to achieve best results for clients
  • Manage workflow effectively
  • Provide Xero support to clients

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An experienced background in bookkeeping, preferably in a public practice accounting firm
  • A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
  • A passion for working as part of a team
