**BAS Agent/Bookkeeper Leadership Role**

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Bookkeeping professional to join a growing business in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. This role offers a chance to work with long-standing clients and provide tailored end-to-end Bookkeeping services.

The team operates using a tech-focused operational model, enabling flexibility and fluidity in completing tasks. They offer a high level of autonomy and support, making it an ideal environment for professionals with entrepreneurial and growth-minded approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an intermediary between the Director and Bookkeepers, ensuring effective communication and client relationship management.
  • Manage client relationships and grow the business through providing high-quality services.
  • Assign and oversee bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, reviewing work, and BAS compliance.

Requirements:

  • Completed Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping or higher.
  • 5+ years of experience as a BAS Agent.
  • TPB license for 2+ years.
  • Strong skills in Xero, Xero PM, MYOB, FYI Docs, and Ingition.
  • Payroll, reviewing, and mentoring experience.
