The Job:

We are currently looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Installer to join our Installation Team in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site installation of stainless steel componentry
  • General fabrication using stainless steel, steel, and steel tubing, including selecting, cleaning, and preparing metal stock, setting up and operating fabricating machines, operating welding equipment, inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints
  • Examining architectural or technical detail stair drawings and specifications to determine job requirements
  • Finishing products by cleaning, polishing, filing, and bathing in acidic solutions
  • Cleaning and smoothing welds by filing, welding, chiselling, and grinding

Requirements:

  • Qualification in fabrication
  • Experience in the steel industry (essential)
  • Construction Induction card (essential)
  • Australian driver's licence (essential)
