About the Role

We're looking for an experienced fabricator/welder to join our team in Regents Park on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication procedures and interpreting drawings. After six months, there's potential for permanent employment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Fabricating and welding products
  • Selecting, cleaning, and preparing metal from stock
  • Cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches, and metal cutting machines
  • Joining metal sections using various welding techniques
  • Examining welds for width, penetration, and precision
  • Cleaning and smoothing welds by filing, chiseling, and grinding
What You Need
  • Tig & MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in stainless steel and aluminum welding advantageous
  • Welding certification or relevant experience
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Motivation, reliability, and pride in workmanship
  • A strong safety-focused work ethic
  • Boiler making experience beneficial
