TIG Welder - Precision Fabrication Role

We are seeking a highly skilled TIG welder to join our fabrication team. As a precision metal fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding components with high accuracy and precision.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • TIG welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components to exact specifications
  • Producing visually appealing welds on aluminum machine parts, kiosk enclosures, and custom metalwork
  • Operating and maintaining welding equipment to consistently high standards
  • Collaborating with engineers and designers to refine fabrication processes
  • Inspecting finished welds for defects and performing quality repairs
  • Applying advanced welding techniques for complex structures where precision and aesthetics matter

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated TIG welding expertise with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • The ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
  • Strong focus on precision and pride in producing high-quality, aesthetic welds
  • A proactive approach to safety and compliance
  • Australian permanent residency or full working rights
