About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced benefits professional to join our Global Rewards team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the success of benefits programs across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Local Benefits Programs: Oversee annual renewals of local benefit programs, including group risk insurances, pension plans, medical insurances, and health check programs.
  • Align with Global Strategy: Work closely with the Senior Director of Benefits Strategy & Design for APAC to ensure programs align with the global rewards strategy and comply with regional legislation.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to expert for APAC leave and benefits policies, providing support to the Employee Success team and advising on policy improvements.
  • Drive Benefits Utilisation: Develop and implement communications strategies to increase awareness and utilisation of benefits.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct annual benefits benchmarking exercises to assess program competitiveness and explore cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams like ES Business Partners, Payroll, People Operations, and Business Resource Groups to ensure successful program delivery.

Salary: AU$120,000 per annum

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 8-10 years in APAC benefits management, with a deep understanding of regional insurance practices, retirement programs (e.g., Superannuation), and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Autonomous Worker: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and exercise sound judgment across countries.
