**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead our production and maintenance functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the maintenance plan, ensuring safe and sustainable operations at our Limestone Processing Plant.

  • Facilitate plant startup and shut down as required.
  • Oversee repair and maintenance budget for the Traralgon and Buchan operations.
  • Production and maintenance planning, delivery and monitoring to maximise time, plant availability and overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Plan and oversee kiln and Quarry outages to ensure reliable and fit-for-service operation.
  • Supervise and support Maintenance Tradespersons to meet shift daily KPI's while adhering to Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.
