Pool Operations Manager

The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations and oversee the lifeguard team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling. They will confidently manage plant room operations and contractor systems, ensuring adherence to aquatic safety protocols like GSPOs, and lead the Health & Safety Committee. Responsibilities also include managing incident reporting, conducting operations audits.
This is a full-time (fixed-term) position with regular working hours.
- General leadership within the duty manager, lifeguard and customer service teams
- Rostering and paying of staff
- End of month reporting & invoicing
- Coordinating with other contract leaders
To be successful in this role, you will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and experience leading a small team. You will have experience working as a duty manager or lifeguard and be able to commit to a regular pattern of work, whilst being able to include additional rostered hours during seasonal peak times.
Essential Qualifications- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Experience performing pool lifeguard and duty manager duties, understanding of risk management & basic OHS systems are desirable.
