Role Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program in Williamstown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, fostering their growth and wellbeing, and promoting positive relationships with families and staff.

The OSHC Coordinator will work collaboratively with educators to design and deliver high-quality activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of every child in your care, while managing a team of educators and contributing to the overall success of our program.

Requirements
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
  • Australian work rights
  • Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
