All leadership roles are assessed based on service complexity and size. Final salary is confirmed during offer, aligned with our internal salary bands and the Children's Services Award.
TeamKids is a premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia. We aim to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and during school holidays.
Job DescriptionThis permanent, full-time role offers flexibility to work from home for administrative hours between service times. You'll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager to ensure your success.
Service Location: Wollert, VIC 3750Dedicated space.
Work ScheduleSplit shifts, Monday to Friday:
BSC: 7am-9am
ASC: 2.20pm-6.30pm
Admin: 6.75 hours
Total: 38 hours/week
As a Director of Service (or Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community.
- Build relationships with your school and community.
- Enjoy creative freedom in planning activities.
- Foster genuine relationships with children and families.
- Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
- Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
You're a natural leader passionate about teaching children. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a confident communicator, and possess strong problem-solving skills. You hold or are working towards a Diploma qualification as per ACECQA standards.
