Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for children.

The Coordinator will design and facilitate activities that foster learning and creativity, build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues and ensure the well-being and safety of every child in their care.

They will also manage a team of Educators and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and making a positive difference.

The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare or early childhood education, excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

They will also hold relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid, Australian work rights and a Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA.

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
