As a Reservations Payment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations, with your daily responsibilities including managing payment-related reporting processes and diligently addressing payment discrepancies associated with leisure, corporate, and travel agent bookings. All of this is accomplished while upholding outstanding customer service standards and enhancing our guests' booking experiences.
