Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager
About the RoleYou will oversee resource management and coordination to ensure strategic priorities are met.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a team to support operational excellence.
- Effectively oversee a high-performing team to support resource management and coordination efforts.
- Coordinate planning and reporting for operational units.
Experience leading teams in business management, coordination, and/or administrative support.
Knowledge of logistics or resource management, particularly in relation to a large workforce.
Ability to implement performance management frameworks and manage multiple projects effectively.
