Job Summary

The Sales Administrator/Registration Clerk is an entry-level role offering a supportive environment and opportunities for career growth.

This position involves working closely with a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock control and sales administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing efficient support to management regarding vehicle follow-up, reports, and stock requirements
  • Completing dealer swaps and registration processes of vehicles
  • Registering vehicles (training provided)
  • Maintaining data across multiple computer platforms for the Sales Department
  • Processing internal paperwork concerning deliveries

To succeed in this role, you must be able to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Previous experience within an automotive dealership or business administration qualification will be viewed favorably.
